My father apparently used to have a Russian shotgun modeled "TR7". I've googled this and found nothing, does WMD have anything they can tell me?

I'm trying to be discreet about this whole thing so I don't want to interrogate him on the thing. He just mentioned it was a TR7, it was Russian, and that it cam through some importer in Miami. He always brings it up when I mention the double barrel he has in their master bedroom, so I guess it'd be safe to guess it's a double barrel.

I've never heard him say Baikal. All he's said was that the model was a TR7, I asked him several times and he kept calling it a TR7.

I'm wondering if I should just tell my mother that the chances of us finding that EXACT gun are slim and just to go for a good o/u shotgun.

How long ago did he have it? any idea when it was actually made and imported? Maybe try hitting up a shotgun oriented forum, or even the shotgun area on arfcom
