Hey guys, I need help on deleting one of these vista partitions. Both of them C: and E: are windows vista and I want to keep drive E:. When I try to delete one of them, it says it couldn't because it's a active partition. I don't have a slightly clue on to where am supposed to go from here. Can anyone help me out, thanks.

you might want to try using the GPARTED live cd... I used it to delete a vista partition on a dual boot setup .

Its got an easy GUI and can create, resize, and delete partitions without destroying data. There are tutorials online, I'd link but I'm on my phone now
