I recently got back into lifting and want to get a routine set up to keep me in a rhythm and going every day. I also want to keep track of weight/reps/sets I was wondering if anyone on OT could suggest a good all around workout plan that would concentrate mainly on the upper body but also include leg excercises on down days. I would like to rotate workout plans for every other day if at all possible as well. I could used some expertise. I am willing to incorporate any excercises into my plan and also workout about 1.5 hours everytime I go to the gym just for reference. For exampled monday, wednesday, friday say I do bench/curls/ etc. tuesday, thursday I do leg press/ etc. Thanks for any help in advance.
