need help bulking111!!!!!!

    So yeah i'm 5'9 170 pounds and can't seem to gain any more weight at all. Every morning i hope the scale will show a different number but it never does. I know i need to take in more calories but need some suggestions on what to eat. Heres my typical day

    morning:
    shake(41g protein and 5g creatine)
    1 slice of whole wheat toat with 2 table spoons of peanut butter
    1 omlet (2 eggs and a small amount of skin milk and half a cheese slice)
    1 bowl of vector ceral with skin milk
    1 bananna

    gym

    lunch:
    2 skinless breasts of chicken
    2 servings of minute rice
    half a cup of vegetables
    1 full glass of milk

    supper
    half a pound of lean beef
    1 serving of spaghetti with sauce
    protein shake, as shown above


    any suggestions on other things i should be eating? i would like to gain another 15 pounds. thanks

    Start off with that, add accordingly. Those are just suggestions for bedtime snacks.

    get like 2 more large meals, or maybe add in 3 shakes somewhere between those meals.

    Count your calories, it will tell you how much more you need to eat.

    Try and eat more times throughout the day... Most of your calories coming from breakfast.
    For example, I eat for breakfast:
    Bowl of Oatmeal Crisp + 250 ml 1% milk
    Flaxseed bagel w/ cream cheese
    1 Cup of yogurt
    Banana
    1 Cup of orange juice

    Then since im at university for the rest of the day i take a couple of fruits with me, some cheese sticks and eat those until i can get lunch

    At lunch i usually eat a ham and swiss sandwich along with a glass of cranberry juice,

    Then I'll eat one or more of the fruits/cheese stick until my workout

    **Workout**

    After workout ill immediately take a 50g protein shake with 250 ml of 1% milk and will cook up some pasta after.

    Then for the rest of the night ill eat random things... like make a sandwich, eat half of it, put the rest of it in the fridge, an hour or two later ill eat the other half.

    Try and eat more times throughout the day, it'll keep your metabolism running giving your more energy for your workout the next day as well as keep protein synthesis running throughout the day. I try not to eat things that have no protein in them, for example i eat whole wheat pasta instead of white, stuff like that. Try and keep a constant intake of protein into you so you're always giving it to your muscles.
