    - Bench Press
    - Incline Dumbbell Press
    - Shoulder Press

    - Preacher Curls
    - Barbell Curls
    - Ab Situps/Crunchs
    - 15-20 Minutes Cardio

    - 1 Hour of Cardio on Eliptical

    Wednesday: Back | Triceps
    - 5 Minute Warmup on Treadmill or Bicycle
    - Lat Pull Down
    - T-Bar Row
    - Dips

    - 15-20 Minutes Cardio

    - 30 Minutes on Bicycle

    Friday: Legs | Abs
    - 5 Minute Warmup on Treadmill or Bicycle

Look to other sources of protein besides so much whey powder. You'll get sick of it fast.

I don't know why your snack is pineapples OR a protein shake. They are hardly substitutes for one another nutritionally.

Other than that it looks fine.

What would you suggest replacing whey with for snacks? I heard of a lot of people disliking whey after awhile but I actually don't mind it. But I am open to all suggestions.

If you need "help" building a routine, you should not be building one.

What's the total calories of your diet? It looks way too low to me, but maybe my guesses are way off?
