Need help badly!

    I am a 19 year old male, I am 5'11" and weigh approx. 130 lbs. I lightly weight train, but just for simple excercise. I can probably bench press around 170, maybe.

    To the point i really want to get in better shape physically and gain some lean muscle. I do not want to put on an ounce of fat, not one, and i do not want to gain bulk. I do want to gain muscle, and build my body up. Could you guys tell me:

    1. Nutrition(amount, kind, timing)
    2. Work out(what to do in gym, and when)
    3. How ofter to work out
    4. Anything else i need to know.

    I'd say dont' waste your time. You're not going to be able to put on weight without any fat at all. I'm almost as skinny and I'm eating everything I can just to gain at all. Apprarently you haven't been teased adequately yet.

    Just give up now. If it were that easy, everyone would be a hulk. It doesn't sound like you really want to to work hard, so why bother.

    Just stay really skinny and shredded! I mean its CRAZY for somebody to bulk up, gain some muscle along with some fat, and then diet for a little bit and cut back the fat. Thats just stupid. You shoud definately just stay 130 and RIPPPPPED, the chicks love that size.

    OH MY GOD. I just read the 5'11" 130 part, thats just ridiculous, thats skinnier than a woman, you are a fucking pansy. If i were you I'd want to gain anything, fat or water weight, I mean atleast so people could see you when you turned sideways.

    that is the weakest lunch i've ever heard you little bitch baby pansy, eat 5 cans of chili and 3 cans of beans and a 3 pounds of chicken, 6 egg white, 6 whole eggs, 4 scoops of protein powder in 2 cups of condensed milk, 2 cups of steel cut oats, 8 ounces of mixed fruit, half a cup of olive oil, 30 pounds of beef, a giraffe, an alligator, a field of corn and twinkie.
