so ive been doing a three day split, and can feel myself becoming stronger and having more power to do those last reps, but i feel as if im not in the gym as much. i go monday chest bis wednesday shoulders legs friday back tris i usually get 4-5 exercises per muscle (4 chest 4 bi) and feel great after the gym, but it seems as if theres too much wasted time. i am doing cardio 3 days a week at least. usually 4-5. anyone have any suggestions? also i checked the routine section in the archives yet it only seemed it was either 3 days or 6 days. i tried the upper lower but i didnt really know how to feel about it (as in, i didnt see as much of a gain).
