    Currently I have a website I designed from a template for another site ( www.nashuapredators.com ).

I'm using Microsoft Frontpage 2003, and am trying to get it so I can update just the middle body frame. If I click the 'Schedule' tab, I just want the middle frame to update and display the schedule. Same goes for 'History' or 'News' or anything (except 'Forums' which will just bring you to the site for that ).

Recreating it will suck, and its a lot harder, but not as hard as updating EVERY SINGLE PAGE, included the side banner (such as the Standings on the left on every single page). Obviously the frames are the best and fastest ways to go, but I'm having issues doing it. I don't know much about frames, and am trying to learn about them. I realize Frontpage isn't the beefiest software to use for webpages, but I don't really code and this is something I'm pretty comfortable with.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm trying to get a new site up sooner rather than later.

    Thanks.

***Yes, I did post this in another forum but the main OT forum is too busy for people to notice. Plus I figured I might get the help I need in here quicker***

there is other ways to do it, like make header and a footer so you can update just one file and change everything
if you have any questions on how to do it PM me.

Ideally you should make your sites in Photoshop then slice them up and put them in Frontpage.

Let's not make this a bitching match between FP and Dreamweaver. We know some of you hate one or the other or both. The fact is MANY people use them still.

    Thanks

If I knew how to use Photoshop or Dreamweaver, Frontpage wouldn't even be an option for me.

I actually prefer frontpage over some things...I prefer dreamweaver for others.

:werd: WYSIWYG editors are fine for your first website. When you're 9 years old. After that, you should take a look at the code they create and learn to write your HTML/CSS by hand. That's the only way to create a high-quality, standards-compliant website.
