I just finished a pretty dirty bulk. Honestly if I knew now what I didnt back then I would have been happier doing a cleaner bulk Stats 6.2 195lbs Bench 335x8 13% body fat (corrected) Basically Im pretty damn happy with strength etc.. I know my frame could use another 30 lbs to get the look I want but I dont see it happening soon.Ill save that for the next bulking cycle. Now Im going on vacation in 4 weeks and I am trying to get some of the stomach fat to disapear.IN all honesty there is probably only 1-3lbs total fat around my stomach.. I know I cant spot reduce. Ive been eating 600calories a day less than my normal maintaince weight and running 3-7 miles a day 3 times a week. (up from nothing at all) Think I will hit my mark? My main concern is it will get harder to lose than I thought and dont exactly want to go to the beach with a gut. Any advice? Somethiung good to read?
