I have been working out pretty constantly for the past few months. I have been in and out of the gym for 3-4 years so I have a pretty good idea of lifting. I have taken creatine monohydrate in the past and have had decent results.

I have taken Power Explosion about 2 months ago and had okay results, as well as No-Xplode. But the NO had too much caffeine for my liking. My gym owner swears by Power Explosion but he also only sells that brand of creatine mix. So I need some help on picking out a new creatine mix.

    Thanks for the help.

I liked Cell-Mass by BSN. :dunno: Definitely saw an increase in strength and size.

Alright sounds good, I have some extra mono that is still sealed and good from a few months back that I may have to use up.

Don't come on here too much just when I get a chance.

    Thanks for the help.
