I could just ask my shop of course, but I trust your input since a lot of you know your shit. I am going in today for a half sleeve, and of course a few days ago I was playing in a hockey game, got checked awkwardly into the boards, and a huge ass bruise is on the area where I'm getting it done later today. Is this a problem?

Hm, I don't think that it would be a problem. It might just hurt a little more than usual.

I've heard it's not goo as well. I don't understand why you wouldn't call the shop and ask before you got there? They are the ones tattooing you, not us.

I figured I would get more opinions here since my shop only has ~5 people working in it, and this forum has a few dozen that know their stuff. I just wanted to see what people thought...turns out I went in and they said it was ultimately up to me but it could cause a bit of a problem. I don't want to mess anything up so I postponed it until Thursday. Thanks for the responses everyone.
