looking at a fisheye lens.
Sigma 10mm f2.8
Sigma 10-20mm f4-5.6
the 10-20 isnt a fisheye son
k so I guess i'll go with 10mm then
Nikon 10.5 or Sigma 10mm?
thats a bit extreme
looking to get some shots like this: http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=3678970
I think the 10-20 would do the job.
tokina 10-17 is also an option unless you need the faster glass.
out of my price range. and I have 2 other Sigma lens' that I am happy with
those first few shot were taken with a fisheye not an ultra wide
the 10-20 would still give me close to fisheye effects, correct?
vs 167degree or 180 wi
the sigma 10mm 2.8 is $125 more than the tok fish...
and 10-20 is the same price as the tokina.
and no the 10-20 will not give you the fish effect because it only cover around 107 degree FOV, vs the fish's 167-180 degree FOV
damn i guess the 10-20 price went down and the 10-17 went up. but 10-20 is not a fish.
no, I see that.
is there anywhere I can see images made with certain lenses?
nvm. flickr works for that
I really think after looking around, the 10-20 is what I am really looking for. The 10mm is just a little bit too much for what I want. Just a really wide angle is I think what I was thinking
sigma4less.com is a bit cheaper and its actually in stock
no love for the tokina 12-24? I mine
$450 > $570
479 from amazon with free shipping. Its where I got mine. This one isnt free shipping ($15) but still a good price.
f/4 > f/4-5.6
