Need advice!

    I am trying to lose weight and body fat, and therefore am trying to increase my protein intake. At this point I would say I don't eat more than 20 grams of protein a day. I actually don't crave meat nor think of eating meat on a regular basis, and therefore have a hard time making sure I get the necessary protein count that I need.
    I am a 19 year old female, 5'2 and approximately 115 lbs.
    How many grams of protein should I intake to see results?
    What are some foods other than the obvious that contain great amounts of protein? I am not vegetarian, but what are some vegetarian foods that are low calorie/fat but still have mass amounts of protein?

    My gf is about 10lbs lighter than you and I make sure she gets a minimum of 150g/day. She's making great progress too.

    You need more protein, and you need to concentrate on doing lots of full body compound movements.
