What do you guys do when your gym doesn't have DB's big enough to do one arm rows......I am doing DL's, bent rows, Low Pull and DB rows for back and they stop at 130.....Has anyone tried adding a small 10lb db to it under the wrist wrap........

    More sets/reps?

How much do you BB row and DL if you're using 130's for one arms?

Why don't you put in a request for them to get larger DB's?

looks like you've graduated to BB rows, or do them on the low row cable machine

We've got rubber coated d/bs at our gym so you can balance the smaller ones on top between your wrist and the 130. Not sure if you can picture this but just grip the 130 normally then place the 10 perpendicular and on top.

Bent bar bell row with overhand grip and using straps between 225-275.....Don't go to heavy because I have a weak back and in the process of building it up......I do BB rows on my back day along with pull downs and light DL's no more than 275.....
