    Where do i need the most work, and I am thinking of getting rid of that random chest hair patch, what do you guys think?

    bro you look pretty swole man. IMO i suggest you lean up a bit and focus on tanning your body down to about 3% and work on doing some more isometric ball supported pushups.

    Can't go wrong with those in my opinion. Try to get your total of the three over 1000 for starters.
