Need advice for my mom

    My mom wants to increase her strength (especially in her arms she said) and asked if I could come up with a weight routine for her and I need some help. I'm sure I could come up with a routine, but the complicating factor is she is a two time cancer survivor, but her treatments have lead her to have some pretty bad heart problems which have left it weakened.

    The gym she goes to is pretty small and has a couple of freeweights, but mostly machines, which she feels more comfortable using.

    Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

    Take a basic routine and turn it into a routine using what she has available. I have posted my routine several times, you can turn it into machines, maybe take out some of the things like pullovers. Just dont give her some 3x12-15 routine that will waste her time.
