Need a substitue for vertical bench press...

    Im doing the SAIS mass building routine off bb.com and my gym doesnt have a vertical bench press machine... what should i do instead? (Already doing regualr bench and incline)

    You mean the shoulder press? Or military press with DBs?

    Chest press = teh suck. I think of all the machines, I hate this one the most.
