I have an old P4 3.2e full system with a dead mobo. I'd like to revive it and give it to someone. Only thing I really need it to have is 4 DIMM's and an AGP slot. It would be nice if it was C2D compatible but not necessary.
    Nothing fancy for overclocking either.

You aren't going to find a socket 478 motherboard that is compatible with a Core2Duo... The Core2Duo only comes in a Socket 775
