Wedding is on June 28th...I want to be at 9-10% body fat by then.

    Currently: 6'3" 197ish @ ~16% body fat.

I'm thinking about starting my cut March 14th. That should give me two weeks to figure out my maintenance calories and work from there.

I've been bulking (semi-clean) for about 3 months now and will be until March 14th. I expect to be around 200lb by the time I start my cut and roughly the same body fat.

Is 3 months enough time to lose 6-7% body fat?
Is 3000 calories a good starting point to find my maintenance?
Would I be better off upping my cardio as my body adjusts or decreasing calories? (I have no problem controlling my appetite)

The last 6-7% is the hardest. Have you been that low before?

not that hard... plenty of time... lost lil more than 12% in 3 months (half is 6% in 6 weeks, and didnt really 'cut' just watched what i was eating (less fat, good carbs, and more protein, no real calorie reduction) and upped the cardio to bout 45m to 1h a day...

Lowest I've been is probably 13-14%. I know it won't be easy, but I have no doubts I'll be able to do it.
