What would WMD say is a fair price? The GF is taking her CWP class today at the gun show and they have one I was thinking of getting for her. What would you be willing to pay OTD for one?

the only safety on a firearm is your finger. and she should be taught that instantly.

and you're welcome. not trying to be a dick.

I understand, I personally thing its rubbed off from me, I like a manual safety even though I keep my meat hook of the bang switch, its personal preference.

Even though my carry gun is a j-frame w/o manual safety.

I've told her and made it clear that the safety is not something you rely on, but I am not going to tell her not to get it. What it comes down to for me is, if it makes more comfortable with the gun and more likely to carry it, having a manual safety or painting it pink and yellow camo do not influence the gun doing its job, then within reason get what makes them comfortable as long as it doesn't make them lax of safety.
