Need a good routine. Currently I'm on Filmboys routine. I think I have been on it for 6 weeks. It's a great routine but I feel like I'm not getting enough out of it. I'm not sure what it is but I just don't feel like doing this one anymore. Before this I was on Chris's routine and I am planning on going back to this when school starts in a couple of months. I just need something to fill the gap. Something new I guess. I would also like to add as much strength as possible before wrestling starts. The routine needs to have squats and deadlifts. Those are my only criteria.

    Here are my current numbers

    B-175
    S-275
    D-315

As long as you don't get something too bad, you lift heavy weight and fucking eat, there shouldn't be any problem. There are ME days in westide routines so it might be nice for that.

Second time I've heard about Max OT. I'll need to read about it more.

    What is Filmy's routine?

Nah it really doesnt....its basically a 5x5 that caters more to BB rather than PL....

max ot and bill star's are both great IMO

Hmmm I'm still deciding on a routine. Filmy's routine is an isolation. 5 days a week you work on a different body part.

To find it just look in the archives. Thats where i originally got it.

compound movements build more muscle then isolation bodypart splits. unless you are walking on to a stage and need to build your delts more, I really see no need for it.

Yea I will switch to a more compound 3 day split. That's what I'm still deciding on. I've been looking on body building.com and The rippletoe program seems good but they say it's more for newbs. I don't want to go back to the bill starrs routine. I wan't something new.
