Need a new routine..v 6-Day routine?

    What does OTFN think of this? I'm reworking my diet to restabilize my metabolism by increasing back to maintenance.. and then redieting again. Still trying to get to single digit..

    But doing 6 days a week..

    Week 1 ABCDAB Day OFF, Week 2 CDABCD Day OFF.

    Too much volume?

    Could do that too.. How many exercises and sets are you doing daily?

    3x10 for everything

    back/bis:

    lying rear delt row
    lat pulldowns
    cable row
    shrugs
    bicep curls
    wrist curls
    rev. wrist curls



    legs/abs:

    squats
    hamstring curls
    calf press
    rev. calf press
    db incline situps
    db twisting incline situps


    chest/tris:

    bench press
    incline bp
    chest dips
    close grip bp
    shoulder press
    lat raises


    and a 3x10 deadlift every week

    I do purs routine (4 days a week), 2 of those I do cardio at the end of my routines.

    Then two of the other days I go in and do Ab , Wrist, and Calf work, along with cardio.



    Keeps me occupied at the gym, 6 days a week, about 1.5-2 hrs a day in the gym. Its fun

    That's what I'm doing currently, or something close to it anyway.

    I'm just wondering how my body would react to 6 days on.. 1 day off, repeat..
