My hard drive on my PC at home crapped out. Its time to replace my old reliable P III 450 machine, so this is my first attempt at specing out
I'm looking to build a reliable desktop that will last and perform well. It won't be used for gaming at all.

    Comments? Any suggestions?
    Thanks in advance.

get a better mobo. abit is very picky... stick with intel... The D915PBLL is ideal for you.

get better memory. Kingston ValueRAM is crap. Get Corsair Value Select.

That video card is overkill. I'd get just an mx4000

Cool, thanks. Intel was another choice.
