I remember I axed about this a long long time ago, but I just ended up getting the energy one-a-day brand from Kroger. I heard some bad shit about that stuff though.. so its time to try something new. Whats a good, cheap, multivitamin? I saw that joint thread so I'm prob gonna buy some fish oil or that G-word joint shit as well so if you guys know a good cheap brand of those, recommendations are also welcome.

donno if it matters, but goal is to lose weight and gain massive muscles. more energy throughout the day would be nice too.. i dont want some shit with a ton of caffiene though, since i pop 6-8 red blasts every day i work out.

    thanks.

I've never heard anyone have that goal before.

Thats a damn good deal. Usually the 90cp (45day) will run $17.99. Its expensive but I personally think its one of the best out there. I would consider Mega Men's Sport multi. Only a dollar more but it is packed with BCAA's.
