ive got a really shitty one as is. we're talking strictly mcdonalds/taco bell and subway i know.. its bad. but as of Monday.. im changing my whole life around. no more sleeping in til 2 pm. heres what im going to do now. jsut a bowl of cereal for breakfast.. cheerios or some shit. probably a salad for lunch.. and now dinner??? keep in mind ill be at work for the dinner hours.. so i need something simple. My goal is to lose some weight.. im pretty slim as is at 5'10" and 159lbs. with a body fat around 12-14%. but i want to slim that down to around 8-10%. i know shit about diets.. and its going to be hard enough to stick to them as i eat junk food all day at work, yet i work in an all natural supermarket. the discount on those yummy cookies is killing me What should i be aiming for? im going to the gym now.. and i only want to bulk a little. i dont want ot be huge. fit but slender. low calorie? low carb? both? thanks.
