Just recently got a job and this lady wants her wireless signal to reach from where she works to her house (about 200-300ft). I got a Linksys G Router and AP so far. I know the signal pry won't reach, well if it does it won't be very strong. So I was looking around for an antenna. I thought maybe a directional antenna would be what I wanted. I didn't know if I needed 2 of them, or just one to shoot the signal to the access point?

This is the antenna I had in mind:

Am I heading the right direction?

that's a huge antenna for 2-300 feet. you want more like a 6dbi directional antenna.
