I've been struggling with this for a while and I'm finally seeing a doctor about it but my apt isn't for another two weeks. In the meantime I'm seeing a new girl and I had a hard time getting it up the first time we did it, and once it finally was up it was weak as shit. It got the job done but still... Anyway, what are some things I can do to naturally help remedy this problem? I've quit smoking altogether, drink only 1-2x a week, no caffeine, run just about every day, lift 3x a week. I take fish oil and a multivitamin but that's it for supplements. Is there anything else out there that will actually help me? I'm guessing that like everyone else on F&N I have a problem with low T but all signs seem to point to that. I have a hard time getting boners, my boners are weak as shit (even when I'm jerking it), I'm tired all the time even though I get enough sleep, etc. So I'm just throwing that out there. Any help is appreciated.
