Need a libido boost, suggestions?

    I've been struggling with this for a while and I'm finally seeing a doctor about it but my apt isn't for another two weeks. In the meantime I'm seeing a new girl and I had a hard time getting it up the first time we did it, and once it finally was up it was weak as shit. It got the job done but still... Anyway, what are some things I can do to naturally help remedy this problem? I've quit smoking altogether, drink only 1-2x a week, no caffeine, run just about every day, lift 3x a week. I take fish oil and a multivitamin but that's it for supplements. Is there anything else out there that will actually help me?

    I'm guessing that like everyone else on F&N I have a problem with low T but all signs seem to point to that. I have a hard time getting boners, my boners are weak as shit (even when I'm jerking it), I'm tired all the time even though I get enough sleep, etc. So I'm just throwing that out there. Any help is appreciated.

    Sounds like you have a lot of the basics down. Look into abomb's thread. Have you tried some "natural" solutions like tribulus, zma, etc?

    May want to be careful with that though if you're getting bloodwork done and you want baseline.

    6'5" 225 lbs so I'm a little overweight but Dec 2008 I weighed 240 and was fucking my girlfriend's brains out at the time so :dunno:. Not a lot of stress since school hasn't started yet, stopped taking adderall and that took care of my anxiety issues, not stressing out about finances at all and actually just paid off my last two credit cards last week.

    Also go to smoothie king and order up your favorite protein shake and have them add the "stress relief" enhancer to it. I was drinking these when I was working on the road. We'd eat them for breakfast every day. Holy shit, by the end of the week I literally had 7th grade style hard-on all day long. All of the stuff in it is supposed to make you relax and focus, but if you look up the ingredients they're all Chinese boner medicines.

    Also just take a break.

    You could just be overtrained. I am the same height as you and roughly 10 pounds heavier. If I ran everyday, or even did gym cardio everyday, I would be dead. Good diet > smashing your body with cardio.
