Need a bit of advice...

    OK I was just looking at this guys workout, looks pretty good for core strength as well as consistent gains. I've been working out semi-serious for the past year or so mixed in with lots of cario, but have also taken a few breaks, but want to start hitting the weights hard

    Problem is my gym has NO barbells - only dumbells but I want to be able to do something similar.

    Monday
    Squats
    Deadlifts
    Bench Press
    Incline DB Press

    Wednesday
    Light Squats or Lunges
    Good Mornings
    Shoulder Press
    Pullups

    Friday
    Squats
    Bent Over Row
    Incline Bench
    Tricep Extensions



    From what I gather from exrx.net, there isnt a whole lot of choices for Squat and Deadlift as far as what I can do with barbells, not sure I see a whole lot of difference in general actually -- deadlift just seems to use more stabilizers

    Buy your own. All you need for what you want to do is an oly BB, power rack, bench, a pair of DBs, and some weights.
