need a bad ass work out routine

    n e one know a badass work out routine to get a six pack i dont care how long it takes as long as i can get a six pack in like a couple of months

    You actually don't even need a serious routine, or even a proper diet.

    Just work on getting in about 40,000 situps a day, and you will see results in about 3 days I would say.

    Christophers is obese, don't listen to his routines.

    my routine for a six pack:

    1) head to liquor store
    2) roam around beer aisles
    3) read several labels
    4) purchase a six pack
