in three full months, i need to be in shape for some tests. i have to be able to run a mile in under 10, and by september, a mile and a half by 12mins or less. current stats are 5'10" 191 lbs. i will also be hitting the weights, but want to find a proper balance in cardio and the weightroom. im hioping for 3-5 days a week in the gym at least. working on getting pics, any suggestions out there?
