Need a 3 Day Split

    Been out for the last month, neck muscles problems + swine flu = not a fun holiday.

    Anyways I don't want to overkill my body this week and I need a good 3 day split to kind of put me back into my 5 day workout for next week.

    I was thinking

    1: Focus on back and chest
    2: Lower Body
    3: Arms/Abs

    Last time I came back from a break this long I did a "normal" workout and I couldn't lift anything the next few days .

    Any Suggestions?

    Total body routines are the only thing I can actually stick to. Splits bore the shit of me and I always end up skipping days all the time :o

    Pullups Failurex3 (after you can do 15, begin adding weight)

    Deadlift 5x1
