    Im thinking of doing this routine I made up (edited with Ceaze's advice):

    Monday:

    Incline DB curls

    Curl machine
    Concentration curls

    Plus I'll try to eat muscle milk every day. Is this good to tone up in time for spring break? I REAALLY need to loose these pounds so I can look like Brad Pitt in fight club, or at least Paul Walker or Pharell, they're so ripped. :bowdown: My frat brothers are going to be super jealous.

    I'm hoping this is a joke.

    If it isn't don't mention the word toned, brad pitt, or any other celebrity on these forums. Everyone will just yell at you.

    Oh, and theres no way to get in good shape quickly. You'll need to put in a lot of hard work for at least a month before you will see any results, and those won't be anything major.

    Add some reverse EZ bar curls on Wednesday and you're good to go.

    Ok, I'll do:

    pec deck
    cable crossovers from high pulley
    cable crossovers from low pulley
    hammer strength bench press

    and add:

    Smith machine bench press
    Smith machine incline bench press
    Smith machine decline bench press
    Smith machine close grip bench press
    Smith machine wide grip bench press

    But I don't like to do those other ones where you use your whole body, I like the machines so it really tones the muscle instead of making your whole body bulky.

    Ya I've heard about that, I'm going to do a 4 week cycle and monitor my BP and resting heartrate and if I do go into oat shock is it best to stop immediately or slowly phase them out?

    Yes! Exactly what I said, I was wondering if anyone knew some more bicep exercises, I don't have as many as I'd like, but I didn't know any others (I'm kind of new to this, I just seem knowledgable because I've done a lot of reading).

    Ceaze thanks for the S.C.O factsheet, it was an eye opener to say the least, I'm going to take the precautions, cross my fingers and go for it. People say I'm crazy, but they don't get what it takes to get ripped like Paul Walker, no pain no gain man.
