I started my lifting program 3 weeks ago and I realized Im a wreck.

I have 4 bone chips in my right elbow but I still thought it was my strong arm.. And I have a bum left knee.

So I have noticed my left bicep and Pec are bigger than my right and my right quad is larger than my left....WTH

I have been trying to use more dumbells for arms and single legs movements to address the weaker parts...Should I just continue doing this or do extra sets with the weak sides???

Help I dont wanna be quasimodo :noes:

    Its normal.

Just stick to your program doing same reps for both sides without doing extra sets for the weaker side. Maybe in a year if not longer, if the problem is still there...than you can begin trying to adress it.

My right leg is shorter than my left leg. When i stand fully on my right leg my left leg very slightly bent. It doesn't cause any problems in my walking or weight lifting but when at the end of a run when my muscles get fatigued I start running with a slight limp.

I had this problem with my rear delts, pecs, and biceps. I started doing db work and they've gotten a lot better.

Ok ...so its fairly common....I figured it was a case of premature worrying.... We will see if it takes care of itself with the DB work I am doing.
