    You're kidding??? :ugh:

I just don't see it. There are some good pics, but none of them are out of the skill level that I see here.

I just see some pics of someone who got to go to some special places. Nothing more :dunno:

The only complaints I have for any of those is as said on the first one, w/ the chunk of plane invading the bottom left corner and the pic w/ the HOLLYWOOD sign, there's some crazy Asian chick in the middle of it. Other than that, those are some awesome pics.

Then I truly feel sorry for you...I wish I had the majority of those pictures in my portfolio.

I don't think there's a higher compliment of your skills as a photographer than to be asked to take pictures for National Geographic magazine. Just my o.

Their photographers go way past that extra mile to get the photos they think tells the story. It's amazing what goes in to the 11-12 photos for a story. Something like 40,000 to 50,000 pictures are take. They will often spend up to 2 years researching the topic and going out to the field taking pictures.

It's very hard work. Long stretches away from home and family. And they are not paid nearly as well as you would think.

I know as my uncle shoots for geo.
