    Currently using a 4 day upper/lower body split.

    Current stats:
    6' 230
    Squat-335
    Bench-245
    Dead-435


    Goals: Get as strong as possible for my first powerlifting me which is Oct. 8. I plan on totalling 1350 with a 450 squat, 350 bench, and 550 dead.

    Flat BB Bench Press- 185x6x3, 205x6
    Tate Press- 35x8x3
    Chest supported rows- 90+sled x 6x4
    Lateral Raises- 25x12x3
    Olympic Bar Curls- 65x10, 75x10x2

    That seems like a big jump in weight on all your lifts. How are you planning to accomplish this?

    you know not to be a downer or anything but not getting plowed 4-5x's a week would probably help alot too :hs:

    Yeah, I'm definitely going to cut back to Fri nights only of heavy drinking because Sat. is an off day from now on. And even cut that back as I get closer to the meet.

    It was kind of a shitty day and my partner had a hockey game so we went kind of light. Meh.

    Probably the Titan Fury bench shirt and I'm gonna use Inzer briefs with the Metal V-type IPF line squat suit.

    DB Shrugs-1x12 with 5 second hold at top.
    Ab Pulldowns-3x12

    Weighed in at 236.6 today as well. Heaviest I've ever been. If I keep this up I'll be competing in the 275 by Oct. Sucks though because none of my clothes fit. :wtc:
