name ur best excercises

    3 sets-7 reps-curl 90lb barbell

    3 sets-8 reps-85s on incline press

    3 sets-7 reps-200lb on leg extension

    :rofl: it's not the #'s, it's just that when people talk about their best lift, bicep curls and leg extensions are usually not the lifts talked about.

    my squat is my best lift and i probably put the least effort into it of all the major exercises :o

    i can leg press like 700 lbs for 8.

    but I don't work my legs anymore since I started rollerblading. that works them out plenty.

    I pefer to workout in the ladies gym doing 10 sets of 100 curls with 20's. It makes me feel like a man because they are unable to do that!!

    my roommate told me this a few months ago when I suggested he begin squatting to gain overall mass. He asked about biceps and chest size. He explained to me that his legs were big and strong as hell from rollerblading and cycling.

    That ended the conversation really quick.
