I'm looking for meals ideas I might have overlooked. Something that doesn't taste like crap but will help gain lean mass. I have a problem with eating the amount of food I want to eat because Im a picky bastard. I usually run out of ideas. I got

    Tuna fish sandwhich
    Salads:greddy:
    Different types of Pasta
Chicken (friend or home cooked) wraps, sandwhiches
    Pizza
    Steak
    Peanut butter and Jelly
    Ham and Turkey sandwhiches

This list is slackin, help me out. If you got a good meal you like to make yourself, name it

Thanks to that dude who posted the ectomorph guide i need more

rice, sweet potatoes, whole grain food, more fish (i hate that shit)

Im not going to lie. I literally NEVER ate fruits or vegetables. I just dont like them. This has probably hurt me in a lot of ways. Im going to definately start eating more fruits and vegetables (bleh). Should I go purchase a multi vitamin as well?

Go in the nutrition EDU. Pick a source of protein, add a source of carb (veggies, fruits, grains) and/or a source of fat so that it fits your desired intake. There's a meal. Then you can find recipe on teh intraweb.
Example : chicken, pasta, olive oil. Search in google a recipe that has those and bingo.
Just combine. Fatty fish + rice + veggies. Beef + veggies (could be a stir fry, could be a stew, could be steak with veggies). Cottage cheese + fruits/yogurt. Tuna + bread (it's called a sandwich, it's awesome and portable).

You forgot eggs. It's friggin cheap and it' pretty easy to cook. You can make lots of things with this (omelets, fritttatas, scrambled eggs, etc) and you can add some stuff to make it awesome (bacon bits, cheese, spinach, red/green peppers, mushrooms, etc).

The Endomorph guide helped me alot.

I love sweet potatoes and ground beef/rice/spinach mix.

Yes a good multi is good, I use the One a Day stuff.

i'll usually start with a meat source
beef/chicken/pork, various cuts. if its chicken its typically breasts. beef usually some form of steak, pork, chops or tenderloin

add in a starch, pasta/rice/potato. if I have pasta i'll make my own sauce from canned tomatoes and fresh veggies.

    blah blahb lah
