When running / jogging, after about at least 6 minutes, my sides or stomach/back start to cramp a little...is that fat burn?

I do all sorts of leg stretches before and after...in case your gonna ask. I'm trying to mix up my cardio to running from elliptical or both alternate each day.

I also recommend the breathing thing. Running used to kill me because of those, until I read about it.
Also not eating for like 1 1/2 hours beforehand helps a ton, along with keeping hydrated.

    Running...
Wait 1-2 hours after you eat before running
    Drink Plenty of water
If you are new to running, you will get pain and your legs will be sore, after about running 5 times a week for 1-2 weeks. The pain goes alway and your legs are never sore.

It does help, I used to do it before I learned about the breathing thing. It doesn't get rid of it though, it's kind of hard to run a long ways with your arms in the air anyway.

Bro, you aren't pushing yourself hard enough. When I could bust out a 5k in under 18 minutes my legs still got sore when I pushed my self.
