I just recently bought some new audio/video things for my condo. I'm sure this stuff is crap compared to some home theater setups on here, but I don't know hardly anything about this stuff and I just wanted something affordable and basic.

I just got a 32" Flat Screen Sharp TV, which is fine.

    I also got this:

Now everything works just fine, but I was hoping I can get answers to a couple questions:

Are there any kind of audio adjustments that I should play around with? It came with mic that I just plug in and it is supposed to auto setup the system

Do most people use their home theater for just watching TV as well? Or is it only used to DVD/CDs? I ask this because the quality on the audio when watching TV is pretty weak compared to movies.

How do I know what sound decoders to use? I usually just leave it on Auto Standard Multi. But should Dolby Digital or Pro Logic?

Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
