myofascial release V. your arms

    So I use a foam roller and tennis ball/golf ball religously all over my back and legs. Love it.

    Last week I read this article:

    and fuck the curl advice, hammer curls for gurls in the squat rack all day, but it inspired me to try to use the roller on my arms. Tris kinda worked, tennis ball worked like magic. Don't know why I never did this before. Doing it on pecs and shoulders now too. cant really dig in enough on shoulders by myself but massages from the cum dumpster help.

    Fast forward a few days of doing this... I dont know if its a coincidence but I am getting the best pump in my arms in years. I must have broken up all that shit in there. It feels like all this time my muscles were wrapped up tight in some shit and now they are free to breathe and grow. I know most of you fucks with full arm days could probably benefit from this advice... use a roller, if it hurts like a bitch then you most likely will notice then benefits... if it doesnt hurt, fuck you its still good
