myofacial release - this looks better than rollers

    since im retarded and finally remembered my mother using foam rollers on her patients, i asked her about them, and she directed me here.

    check out the Fitball body therapy balls under myofacial release. gonna get a couple with the hope that they will target specific areas even better than a roller.

    (btw, this is the place elitefts gets their shit from.) ;)

    rollers dont penetrate the muscle the way a fist or fingers would, which is what im looking for.
    im hoping a small ball will do the trick.

    i noticed a lot of trigger point books using balls too.
    i actually tried a mini soccer ball, which isnt hard enough. lacross balls sounds like they could work, since they are pretty hard.
