    that's the reason i called it that, it pissed me off :p

    at the track i noticed that the trashier the car is, the faster it goes... and there were some really junky trash there... vroooom!

    air intake mods don't do anything for the wrx really, k&n drop in filter is fine

    wrx mods generally go in this order (which i'm sure is similar to your GST but i don't really know much about GST mods other than they make your car fast as hell on the fwy :) )
    first these 3 - turboback/boost controller/uppipe
    then these 3 - engine management (ecu)/bigger turbo+fuel pump+injectors/intercooler (tmic or fmic)

    intakes, intercooler hoses, blow off valves, stuff like that are usually upgraded just whenever since they arent incredibly necessary.

    Get some white front reflectors/indicators covers. They look so much better compared to the orange ones.

    And also, I'm with MADIZM. Lose the bear from the back window.

    Otherwise, its a very nice looking Rex.

    thanks, but i guess it does look stock though other than the exhaust

    my new best slip is about .3 better now in the 1/8th with just improvements in driving (launching)

    godspeed downpipe + uppipe have been purchased and are in my closet in a box waiting to be installed soon after the near year

    after that i plan on maybe getting some rota's + tires, dropping it just a little bit, and maybe a utec chip if i can pay off enough of my credit card to make room to fill it up again

    i dont wanna dig into a second card, it's pathetic enough that i have to dig all the way into one card to get this stuff

    and the bear is still there, im deciding whether to take it off or not. though he was there when i ran my quickest ET

    Nice! I love the stock look. I'd also keep the bear in the window, it not only get's the chicks but it adds a little sleeper factor to it.

    thanks for the comments, i realized this car isnt much compared to what i've been seeing around the 'net lately

    and about the sleeper factor you just mentioned F41:
    the huge skunk2 exhaust which made it horribly loud and added virtually no power is gone and has been replaced with a catless uppipe and downpipe (making maybe 260-270 at the crank now with the ebc)

    whats the matter pussy? cant handle a ltitle extra rumble? :fawk:

    (this comnig from someone who hopes to have a blitz nurspec and helix catless DP soon)

    so technically without the catback you dont really have a turboback as your sig syas...just a downpipe.

    actually my sig's right as i update it more than this page

    the skunk2 has been back on for a while now. when i took it off it sucked the power out of the car so i just said fuck it and stuck it right back on.

    and the rotas should be on soon along with some kumho 712s
    the springs and rear anti-sway bar will be going on at the same time as the wheels

    the UTEC will be going in next week

    I hope YOU dont mind a little rumble as i plan to drive by your house constantly at 5000rpm :fawk:

    you have no idea how badly i want to uncork the exhaust...i want to hear that growl so badly i am considerinmg removing my muffler until i get a nice turboback :o

    bah, those are old ass slips when i was starting out

    i get between .5-.7 rt's and 1.8x 60's consistantly. what i need to work on is my 1-2 shift

    BTW: i just put in the UTEC and my california gas is giving me horrible knocking EVEN with timing pulled back more than i thought i'd have to. BAH! CA GAS SUCKS. it's running in stock mode now
