my wrist hurts

    did a shoulder and trap day yesterday, i havnt had this problem before but today my wrist has been hurting whenever i give it some wieght to lean on.

    same thing happened to me the other day.... hurt for about 5 days.... couldnt bend it or anything.... now its fine... dunno whatever happened.... popped some tylenol and advil and went on with my day

    RICE.

    Wrap it for a few days to prevent further strain. After that, you should be good if you didn't cause serious injury.

    RICE, i remeber that from health class, but i take it as icing, thanks

    Take note, you don't want to end up like this.

    Rest
    Ice
    Compression
    Elevation

    Seriously, ice it and rest it. A wrap will ensure you don't further injure it. DON'T lift while its injured or it will get worse.

    Now is your chance to become OT's resident leg broly.

    yeh..it's been all right as of late, but still not 100% :(
