    Its nothing special. I just put some exercises together, then throw some crossfit in and then some cardio.

    Im probably gonna end up changing my routine to doing crossfit 2 times a week and regular lifting 3 days then switch them. I found out the engineering lounge has a fridge and a microwave so i can get a bite to eat then go to the gym after my night class.
