Plyo = Plyometrics...explosive exercises like depth jumps popular among athletes and martial artists.

Your routine looks pretty good archangel, but you might want to consider taking a day off, because that's a lot of activity crammed into one week. Monday in particular looks like it's packed too full, that's a lot of leg work for one day man. Btw, how long have you been studying BJJ and how do you like it? Does your school work takedowns much or do they pretty much teach teh standard double leg and focus on groundwork?

I give myself 2hrs to workout during the day. Monday I'll workout in the morning doing weights and treadmill. I started studying BJJ back in 1994, but wasnt serious till up to last year. The evening, I workout an 1hr to an hour and a half for MMA class. The MMA class teaches takedowns, groundwork and everything else. The BJJ teacher is a student of Carlos Machado and was silver medalist at panam games. BJJ is a great workout to have along w/ the striking arts. Makes you feel more complete at a martial artist.

Wednesday is my rest day. I usually just work on technique and do light sparring or rolling on the mats w/ a partner.
