So, heres my quick background... June of last year, I took a good look at myself and I was very unhappy. I was at the biggest I had been. I had my top weight of 281 lbs. I started to slowly work in to running which didn't last long because of shin splints. So I got a membership at a local Gym and started putting my ass on the Eliptical everynight for a half hour. This lasted for about 3 months. I went from 281 to 245. However, I ran into some snags in life and I quit working out, and I stayed at about 255 for around 9 months. I would go to the gym on and off during that time maybe a 5-8 days a month. Fortunately that kept me from ballooning way back up hah. Anyways, the last two and a half months I have been working hard at it again, and have been lifting almost nightly. I plateaued right around 240-244 for nearly three weeks. That is when I started to eat better. I got myself on a pretty good diet, and have been pretty strict with it for two weeks. I was able to break the plateau and moved down to 237. This was a great accomplishment for me. It's been years since I was under 240. To the part people want to see, my progress pictures. The first one is current, and the second one is from around August of last year, I was at 266 at the time. I have a long way to go to where I want to be, but I feel that I have made it a long way from where I was. edit: that's a bruise on my right arm from dove hunting .
