    cool. i actually lost a weeks worth of actionscript work back in may. but it was my own fault.

    by the way, how was it her fault that she washed it? aren't you the one that left it in your pocket in the first place? :)

    I think if I ever washed my Kingston drive I'd hate myself for losing 512mb of data that I need :o


    Thank goodness for multiple backups. It'd suck to lose the flash drive, though :(

    She has washed my wallet about 11tybillion times. I finally told her not to bother doing my laundry if she wasn't going to check the pockets. Every time she tries to help a brotha out, I get hosed. :wtc:

    I had a micro advantage once and it took a crap just cause i dropped it never worked again. Steer clear of Micro Advantage Jump Drives

    Most electronic things will work after being wet as long as they have no moving parts and you give them time to dry. Only real problem would be if something inside got broken from being bumped around in the wash.

    If it didn't have any power going to it you should be able to soak it in water all day long. They don't have an internal power supply that could short out.

    Yep, definetely shows quality. Going through the wash it gets bashed around a fair bit.
