yeh oxyclean will break down the polymers in the stick that make the shirt yellow

ps, if you put deoderant on just after your shower and then by the time your dry and ready to dress youll be allll good :O)

its not the sweat that causes it. its the aluminum-zinc in the anti-persperant that does (main ingredient in what keeps you from sweating), when mixed with detergent/bleach during washing, this shit happens. used to happen to me as well until i switched over to more pricier shirts

the solution: use stuff without the aluminum zinc shit

It's nothing to do with hygiene. There's an ingredient in some deodorants/anti-persp that makes your shirt go yellow-y. I forget what it is but I just switched to another random one and all was fine.

I've heard lots of weird stuff to get the stains out.. like crushing aspirin, baking soda, or mixtures of vinegar.

I simply don't wear white shirts anymore.. I sweat like a mofo, no way I'm giving up antiperspirants. :o

I have this all the time, but I sweat a lot.

I use Degree deodorant. You're saying I should try the gel version?

those stains are permanent. Best thing to do is find a deodorant without aluminum and get new shirts
