Well I started my diet on the first of April @ 325lbs as of today im @ 285. I know some people might say thats to much weight loss to fast... but i was dieting stupid when i was only eating 1000 calories at first but im eating between 1500-1800 a day now and the wait is still coming off. Im doing cardio 5 days a week 30 mins on a ellypitcal machine ( I can now get 4 miles done in 30 mins) and lifting weights every other day. If anyone has anymore advice I would apprecitate it.

1500-1800 is still pretty low for your weight but good job regardless

Diet consists of slim fast breakfast and lunch and a power bar in between lunch and dinner.... then eating a healthy dinner, fish, sandwich, fruit, steak. My work outs are cardio 5 days a week and lifting every other day.

The weight does comes off quicker, the more you weigh. So keep your diet in check and you'll be ok.

I would eat more for breakfast.. You'll feel better throughout the day. Try a protein shake, some yogurt and some blueberries and keep everything else the same..

I'll bet you'll feel better throughout the day.

Got that right. I'm down a similar amount (a small bit more) than my nigerian here in a couple weeks less time. :o It's not a crash diet either. :dunno:

Gouda try this..... Workout 5 days a week on a split something like this....
    Chest
    Back
    Legs
    Shoulders
    Arms

Here is the trick do the weights first and have a protein shake right after you are done. Then go bust out 30 minutes of cardio, but do interval training......15 seconds hauling ass then 45 seconds medium.....
The trick when you are doing your weights is to do a 5x8 split.....5 excercises with 8 reps....Also don't rest more than a minute and 30 seconds.....Keep your heart rate up.....

One thing to remember the more muscle you have on your body the more fat will be burned off.....
