Good work, I see your journey to divulge away from the path of almighty twinke, and your advocacy of being an apostate for the way of the candy ass, is a great success.

    Keep up the good work.

Yeah I still want to improve my good cholesterol levels, apparently I am not getting enough fat in my diet. I do feel like a new person :eek5:

    Thanks :big grin:

People either love it or hate it :)

Yeah, I have history of heart disease on my dad's side, and diabetes on my mom's side. I've seen your pictures and they are great man!

    Lets see them, and thanks!

I miss twinkies, but not as much as I love missing the weight, if that makes sense lol!

Thanks! Yeah I am really enjoying it, I feel that I have so much more energy, its kind of crazy.

    Thank you!

    Thanks and I will!

    Thank you, I will try.

Nice work - keep doing it.

To further help with your cholesterol, try supplementing:
    fish oil

    red yeast rice

plant stanol esters (2g a day) - you can also buy these included in dairy products like milk, butter etc. Should give a 5-10% reduction in LDL within about a week.

fibre (you can buy tablets) or simply make sure you're getting lots of fiber in your diet.

tips? Exercise more, eat less crap (really. :big grin:)

    Thanks! It feels great

True story. Just gotta get on that horse. Thanks

    Thank you!

    Thanks, It really is.

    Thank you!

on the diary products, are they in all milk? Or does it have to mention it has the stanol esters?

Any idea to raise the HDL? Or does the above work with rising hdl as well as lowering ldl.

    So I use this website : exercise.lbl.gov

Its basically a virtual walk across america. You log in your miles, and it keeps your track on a map of america, and shows you a picture of what it would look like if you were really walking that road.

Well I finally got into kentucky from virginia after 550 miles. And my first picture of Kentucky, kind of made me laugh:
